Outstanding Parent/Guardian Account
1. Make sure your troop is eligible to participate – 5 registered girls, 2 registered adults (01 and 02, not in the same household), and a bank account (contact the registrar for more information and help)
2. Fill out the Troop Product Manager Agreement and forward a copy of the receipt after submission to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
3. Complete the VIP e-training and e-mail a copy of your certificate of completion to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com (only the TPM from each troop needs to do this though it is highly recommended for all involved in the cookie sales, especially new troops)
4. Pick up your packet.
5. Follow the instructions in the manual.
KEY DATES from 2014 for your reference:
Self-schedule booths: NOW
12/12/14 – training must be completed
12/15/14 – Initial order must be completed and submitted – remember to upload the Initial Incentives Order too if you qualify for the t-shirt incentive (150 PGA for ordering girls)
1/10/15 – Neighborhood and Council Cookie Kick-Off’s. Watch for fliers and sign-ups.
1/24/15 – Cookie delivery. Location TBA, sign-ups when we have a location
1/26/15 – Sale starts
2/1/15 – Boothing starts
