Someone Wants to Donate Money to My Troop!
If you have ever wondered how someone can make a donation to your troop and be able to write it off on their taxes, here's your answer. The donor needs to complete the in-kind donation form and mail it in to Council with payment made to GSACPC. The council will then turn around and write a check to your troop and send the donor a receipt for the donation. The whole process takes 2-3 weeks.

Spotlight: Desert Botanical Garden
There are several area businesses offering Girl Scout programs and events. Each month we will highlight a different business and their Girl Scout information. See Area Tours and Activities for more ideas.
The Desert Botanical Garden is located in Phoenix and offers a variety of scout programs targeted at Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors: Bountiful Butterflies ($8), Bugs and Beyond ($8), Sonoran Survivors ($6), Desert in the Dark ($6).
Girls will experience nature first hand and will connect with each other and our desert community. Troops can select the topic and time that works for them. Participants of each tour will receive a participation patch as they complete activities that help them fulfill requirements to earn Girl Scout badges.
Additional details can be found on the Desert Botanical Garden website.
